  2. Transform what goes ON your body (personal care products & environmental toxins). 
  3. Transform your personal fitness - exercise.
What we put in and on our bodies affects how we function. To help change your body back to optimal health, you will need to change your approach.

“Healthy water” (ionized and alkaline) will maintain the homeostasis of all of the living systems, powering up the effectiveness to alkalize, detox and hydrate your body.

​Bottom line... you have to exercise

Exercise is defined as any movement that makes your muscles work and requires your body to burn calories. There are many types of physical activity, including swimming, running, jogging, walking and dancing, to name a few. Being active has been shown to have many health benefits, both physically and mentally. 

Your body spends energy in three ways:
  • digesting food,
  • exercising and
  • maintaining body functions like your heartbeat and breathing. 

Regular exercise has been shown to increase your metabolic rate, which will burn more calories and help you lose weight. Exercise is crucial to supporting a fast metabolism and burning more calories per day. It also helps you maintain weight loss, build muscles and strong bones and increase your energy levels. And lets not forget that regular physical activity can help you sleep better! 

So find an activity that you like...and just DO IT!
