I attended Jeanne’s class. It was eye opening! First, her recipes were great and easy and I can’t wait to try them. But most of all I had been researching on my own non toxic pots and pans and only came up with stainless steel, where most times you have to use oil. But going to this class, Jeanne introduced us all to other options!!! They are non stick and non toxic!!! I couldn’t be happier. Not many people look at the toxic side to pans, your skin, the environment, but Jeanne does.
It doesn’t get much better than that. I am looking forward to her next class. Ann Marie C.
