But not sure what to do?  You need… a kitchen rescue!

​In this day long program, you will learn the basics of a whole-food, plant-based diet.  Jeanne will guide you and your family through pantry clean-outs, teaching you how to navigate grocery store aisles, and provide cooking lessons to make delicious plant-based meals.  Recipes and bonus material are included.

A Full Day Kitchen Rescue ……($850*)
     * If outside local area, cost for transportation will be added.

Pre-plan - (1 hour) - over phone or zoom (computer)
  • what you should eliminate from the house
  • what you should have in your home
    • cooking equipment (blender, air fryer, IP)
    • pots n pans - Swiss Diamond
    • spices/infused balsamic vinegar
Night Before
  • Soak beans night before

​Day of : (6-8 hours)
  • Review current food in kitchen/pantry
    • Learn to read labels
    • Purge foods (keep health promoting)
      • Discuss which foods should be avoided and why.
  • Field Trip to the Grocery Store
    • Purchase basic supplies to cook a few different plant-based meals
    • Learn
      • What are “healthy” foods,
      • What to watch out for on food packaging
      • Plant-based substitutes for common animal-products, and much more.
  • Food Preparation - Learn:
    • How to batch cook (suggested... but customizable)
      • Potatoes, rice (IP)
      • Banana Oat Balls (air fryer)
      • Corn tortillas
      • Beans
      • Salad dressing - Simply Italiano
      • Simply Stew
    • What staples to have on hand
    • Preparation for several dishes
    • Simple tips and tricks that make avoiding animal products more realistic and less of a challenge.
    • Avoid vegan “food substitutes” that are an easy go-to when you are strapped for time or feel like your options are limited.
